Anouk Hoogendoorn

Anouk Hoogendoorn is an artistic researcher who works with text, textile, and performance. They have a practice that always has an important collaborative and experimental orientation to it. The words, sketches, images, movements, and sounds that come out of this practice are moments of processes rather than presentations fixed once and for all. Anouk is currently doing a practice-based PhD at Teesside University (UK) and Zurich University of the Arts (CH). Their research explores the materiality and material conditions of language and sharing. This is approached through the fields of radical pedagogy, process philosophy, disability and queer studies, as well as performative/material experimentations in text and textile.
