Fleur Lamers

Fleur Lamers is an experienced project leader specializing in the realization of large-scale art projects. She collaborates closely with artists to bring ambitious visions to life, combining organizational expertise with a deep understanding of artistic processes. Her portfolio includes notable projects such as De Kunstroute Schuytgraaf,  Arnhems Stadsatelier and Emerging Exits. In addition, she serves on the supervisory board of Stichting Landfall.

As an independent professional, Fleur is actively involved with organizations like Plaatsmaken and Collectief Koppig, where she contributes to the development and execution of innovative cultural initiatives. Her work extends to education: she designed and launched the How to Connect program at ArtEZ BEAR and taught there for four years. Additionally, she curated the BEAR Finals in 2019, 2020, and 2021.

Fleur’s approach is rooted in fostering connections between artists, communities, and spaces. Her background reflects a commitment to both the artistic and organizational dimensions of cultural production.
