This year project develops a specific work within the framework of starts4water, a European project Cittadellarte is running together with other European istitutions (LUCA School of Arts (Belgium) in collaboration with Gluon (Belgium), Thyssen-Bornemisza Art Contemporary – TBA21 (Austria), Universal Research Institute (Croatia), V2_Lab for the Unstable Media (The Netherlands), Ohi Pezoume/ UrbanDig Project (Greece) and Cittadellarte – Fondazione Pistoletto (Italy) and STARTS partner BOZAR- Centre for Fine Arts (Brussels)).
Starts4water is a program aiming at “supporting collaborations between artists, scientists, engineers and researchers to develop more creative, inclusive, and sustainable technologies”. Within Starts, Cittadellarte launched a call for artist to cope with two main issues and research challenges:
