Maritt Kuipers

Maritt Kuipers studied Visual Arts at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy and Anthropology and Artistic Research at the University of Amsterdam. Until 2022, she was head of program of the research group MAKE for the Waag, where she worked in major European research and innovation projects with international teams of artists, designers and scientists. Between 2014 - 2018 she was artistic director for Kunsthuis SYB, an artist-in-residence and presentation institution for contemporary visual art in Beetsterzwaag, and she was also a coordinator and board member for Platform Beeldende Kunst.
